Our podcast is presently a self-funded project of passion. We encourage you to consider charitable giving in your financial plan and in support of Catching Up to FI.
In this spirit we have listed charities that we have personally supported in the past. Bill has used a Donor Advised Funds with Fidelity and Vanguard to facilitate his family’s donations. Throughout the year we donate smaller amounts to the charities we come across that are meaningful to us.
On or about Giving Day every year, our family comes together to discuss what we have learned. We then vote on the most impactful charities to us and donate larger sums to them. We hope you enjoy reviewing this list and may find a new charity that is meaningful to you.
